how much to build a concrete shed base
Hi i am looking at getting a concrete base build at the back of the garden to put one of the keter plastic sheds on. the one i have seen that is the right size is this one: buy keter plastic apex shed - 8 x 8ft at argos.co.uk - your online shop for sheds. it is a 8 x 8ft shed so was.... We recommend making a concrete base the same size as the base of your building or 25mm smaller on all sides than the base of the shed. this creates an overhang and prevents water accumulating around the timber floor and runners.. These building are a life lasting product and are normally completed in just one day on a pre-prepared concrete base. the concrete panels are precast at our factory in glenealy, they are 500mm wide (20”) allowing a combination of many different sizes. our precast concrete buildings do require a concrete base (this service is provided on request).. 
how much to build a concrete shed base A basic run down of the process is to dig the hole 300mm wider and longer than your shed floor, 100mm deep (providing the ground underneath is solid) and pour the concrete onto a damp proof membrane you have laid inside the base of the hole. however you build your shed base you need to make sure the ground is level over the area of the entire base.. Can anyone offer any indication of what a reasonable price would be to have a builder come and lay a suitable concrete base? according to the shed manufacturers' instructions, the minimum base.
